On August 13, 2021, a regular meeting of the working subgroup within the framework of the inventory of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic was held at the Ministry of Investments of the Kyrgyz Republic, chaired by Minister A.N. Shykmatov.
At this meeting, it was decided to approve and submit for public discussion the following draft laws:
Draft Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Financial Leasing".
Draft Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On State Mortgage Housing Lending".
Draft Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Bankruptcy".
Draft Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Pledge", arising from the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Bankruptcy" and aimed at eliminating gaps and contradictions between them.
