PROJECT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A LOGISTICS CENTER FOR THE PRODUCTION OF ORGANIC DRIED APRICOTS AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTION COOPERATIVE “ALYSH-DAN”

The project involves the construction of a logistics center in the village of Kara-Bak, Batken District, Batken Region, for the production and export of processed and organic fresh apricots and dried apricots in compliance with HACCP standards. The logistics center is expected to produce dried fruits, sort and package products for subsequent export to the EU, EAEU, and Japan.

TOMATO PASTE PRODUCTION PROJECT SERVICE COOPERATIVE “AGROPLAST”

The project involves the construction of a canning plant for the production of 38–40% tomato concentrate with a capacity of 750 tons per day in accordance with ISO 22000 standards. To supply the project with raw materials, tomato cultivation is planned on an area of 600 hectares. Tomato paste production and tomato cultivation are planned in Kadamjay District of Batken Region.

PRODUCTION OF KNITWEAR AND TEXTILE GARMENTS LLC “GLOBAL GARMENT”

The project involves increasing production volumes at the existing enterprise “Global Garment.” Productivity is expected to double to 400,000–800,000 items per month. At the same time, the Company also provides a social impact by creating an additional 300 new jobs. To increase productivity, it is necessary to purchase sewing equipment and renovate the premises.

PRODUCTION OF ORGANIC APRICOT SYRUP LLC “DANEKO”

The project involves launching apricot syrup production at the existing enterprise LLC “Daneko.” At present, the Company has fully developed its own unique technology for producing apricot syrup and has ordered a 300-liter vacuum evaporation unit from Russia. The unit’s capacity is 80 liters per hour. The equipment is currently being transported from Russia. Investment is needed to purchase dried apricots during the season of lowest prices, with sufficient stock for the entire year.

TOBACCO FERMENTATION PLANT OJSC “Kyzyl-Kiya Tobacco Fermentation Plant”

The project involves resuming the operations of OJSC “Kyzyl-Kiya Tobacco Fermentation Plant,” located in the city of Kyzyl-Kiya, Batken Region. The projected volume of tobacco procurement in the first year is 1,000 tons, with subsequent growth to 1,500 tons. By purchasing tobacco from farmers, the Plant will be able to export fermented tobacco to European countries, where tobacco from Kyrgyzstan is valued and considered a high-quality product. Due to the reduction in tobacco cultivation areas, since 1996 the plant has been focused on providing tobacco raw material fermentation services to third-party organizations.

RICE PROCESSING PROJECT INVESTMENT LOT

The project involves launching a workshop for processing rice grown in Batken Region. The main goal of the project is to organize rice processing by bringing farmers together and promoting rice produced in Kyrgyzstan in local and international markets. The expected rice processing volume is 1,800 tons in the first year, with subsequent growth to 7,200 tons by the fifth year of the project’s operation. Potential processing volumes will allow high-quality Kyrgyz rice to compete with imports from Russia, Kazakhstan, and China.

PROJECT FOR WHEAT CULTIVATION AND THE PLANTING OF APRICOT AND ALMOND ORCHARDS COMMODITY AND SERVICE COOPERATIVE “MOL-TUSHUM”

The project involves developing the activities of CSC “Mol-Tushum” in wheat cultivation and the planting of apricot and almond orchards in Batken District of Batken Region. The following areas are planned for the cultivation of the above-mentioned crops: • 100 hectares for wheat cultivation • 50 hectares for planting apricot orchards • 20 hectares for planting almond orchards

APRICOT PROCESSING PROJECT LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “ECO-GOLDEN GARDEN”

The project involves the development of the existing enterprise LLC “Eco-Golden Garden,” whose main activity is the processing of dried fruits (processed and unprocessed dried apricots with and without pits, raisins, prunes, dried apples, walnuts) and their further export to CIS countries. The project includes preparing the enterprise for export through: • purchasing raw materials during the apricot harvest season. At present, the enterprise has 3 tons of export-ready products in stock • acquiring refrigeration equipment for storing 200 tons of dried fruits • implementing HACCP standards for the export of dried fruits to Mongolia

NATURAL JUICE PRODUCTION PROJECT LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “YUG PROM”

The project involves launching the production of natural juices on the basis of an existing grape processing enterprise. The project provides for fruit processing and the production of juices and cognac spirit. In addition, the project includes the reconstruction of existing vineyards with a total area of 40 hectares. It is expected that the enterprise will process fruits and vegetables with a gradual year-by-year increase in processing volumes, starting from 1,200 tons in the first year and reaching 2,100 tons in the fifth year after the project launch.

PROJECT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A SKI RESORT IN BATKEN REGION OFFICE OF THE PLENIPOTENTIARY REPRESENTATIVE OF BATKEN REGION

The project provides for the implementation of a ski resort development project near the city of Razzakov (formerly Isfana) in Leilek District of Batken Region. The site is located at an altitude of 2,400 meters above sea level and has an adjacent gentle slope suitable for designing an easy-level ski run (green slope) at the first stage of the ski resort development (an easy level of difficulty suitable for beginners and children, with a gradient not exceeding 25%). At the second stage, the construction of a blue-level ski run is planned. The total length of the ski runs will be up to 2.8 km. A competitive advantage of the project is the absence of direct competition both in Batken Region and in the southern part of the republic as a whole.

PRODUCTION OF CANNED FRUITS AND VEGETABLES LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “FARMERS ORGANIC GARDEN”

The project involves the development of the existing enterprise LLC “Farmers Organic Garden,” which operates in the processing of fruits, vegetables, and nuts. The Company’s products include canned vegetables and fruits, direct-pressed juices, preserves and jams, tomato paste, and adjika. For further development, the Company plans to launch the production of boiled corn in vacuum packaging, produce prunes, and resume tomato paste production.

PROCESSING AND EXPORT OF NUTS AND DRIED FRUITS LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “SUN PLANET ORGANIC”

The project involves the development of the existing enterprise LLC “Sun Planet Organic” through the automation of plum and walnut processing. The Company plans to process 500 tons of walnuts and 300 tons of plums next year and increase processing volumes to 875 tons of walnuts and 900 tons of plums within 5 years. To achieve these targets, it is necessary to purchase an industrial dryer, a laser defect detector, and packaging equipment.

LOGISTICS CENTER CONSTRUCTION PROJECT LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “MIRAZH”

The project involves the construction of a logistics center in Lenin village, Uzgen District, Jalal-Abad Region. The logistics center is planned to have three areas of activity: storage of its own products for export sales, fruit processing for the production of fruit bars and subsequent export, and dried fruit production. Full utilization of the storage facilities is expected to accommodate up to 10,000 tons of products.

WALNUT PROCESSING AND EXPORT PROJECT LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “GOLDEN WALNUT”

The project involves the construction of a walnut processing workshop and the production of the following types of products: butterfly walnut kernels, glazed nut dragees, and walnut paste. The projected processing volume is 123 tons per month. Sales of walnut products are planned to be established through exports to EAEU countries, primarily Russia. For successful

PROJECT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A WORKSHOP FOR PROCESSING PLUMS AND APPLES. STORAGE OF FRESH PEACHES, SWEET CHERRIES, AND APRICOTS MULTIPURPOSE AGRICULTURAL COMMERCIAL COOPERATIVE “BAI DYIKAN ALA-BUKA”

The project involves the construction of a workshop for processing plums and apples and storing fresh peaches, sweet cherries, apricots, and apples in the village of Yzar, Ala-Buka District, Jalal-Abad Region. At present, the Cooperative has acquired a land plot and started construction of a workshop for storing fresh fruits, which will later be equipped with a climate control cooling system. The planned storage capacity is 300 tons. For the workshop to operate fully, it is necessary to purchase drying cabinets for drying plums and producing prunes in a volume of 15 tons.

PROJECT FOR THE PRODUCTION OF GLASS CONTAINERS AND FIBERGLASS ROVING BASED ON THE EXISTING MAYLUU-SUU LAMP PLANT LLC

The project involves the construction and launch of a glass container production workshop at the Mayluu-Suu Lamp Plant. The expected production capacity is 80 tons of glass mass per day, which, at maximum furnace load, could potentially amount to up to 100 million standard units of glass containers per year. In addition, the Plant plans to optimize production processes through the reconstruction of the glass-melting furnace. The third stage of development provides for an increase in fiberglass roving production capacity.

PROJECT TO INCREASE THE VOLUME OF RAINBOW TROUT FARMING AT THE KURPSAI RESERVOIR OF AQUA SERVICE LLC

The project envisages increasing the volume of rainbow trout farming at the fish farm of Aqua Service LLC, located on the Naryn River (Kurpsai Reservoir). The fish are grown in cages using hexagonal floating metal structures with suspended nets. Deep-water cages are capable of producing up to 50 tons in each cage, as well as half a ton for raising fry. At present, the total fish farming volume is 1,000 tons per year. The capacity of the Kurpsai Reservoir allows for the cultivation of up to 100 thousand tons of fish per year without harming the reservoir. Currently, on the 20-hectare water area leased by the Company, up to 10,000 tons of trout can be grown annually in cages.

PRODUCTION OF SPECIALIZED CLOTHING LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY

The project involves launching a sewing workshop for the production of knitwear based on an existing enterprise engaged in the manufacture of specialized clothing. The launch of the sewing workshop includes the installation of an automated cutting complex, modern specialized sewing equipment for producing complex garment parts, silk-screen printing equipment, sublimation printing equipment, and embroidery equipment. The construction of a warehouse for raw material storage is also planned.

PROJECT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE KAIYRMA ARYK SKI RESORT OF KEREGE-TASH TRAVEL LLC

The project envisages the creation of a widely accessible, year-round international-class mountain resort, where opportunities for all-season recreation and leisure will be provided for residents of Kyrgyzstan and guests from neighboring and distant countries. The resort is designed to provide comfortable accommodation and high-quality service for 5,000 to 6,500 visitors at the same time. The resort includes year-round active recreation services, hotel facilities of various categories (from economy class to 5-star), catering, recreation, and business facilities (conference halls, business centers, congress halls).

PROJECT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A MEAT PROCESSING PLANT AND DEVELOPMENT OF A MEAT CLUSTER OF DORDOI BALYKCHY LLC

The project involves launching an advanced and modern meat processing plant in the city of Balykchy, Issyk-Kul region. At present, the meat processing plant is at the final stage of construction. The plant's capacity is 100 head of cattle and 1,000 head of small livestock per shift. The Company's medium-term development strategy includes the implementation of the following stages: waste processing, launch of a sausage production workshop, launch of a canned meat workshop, launch of cattle fattening farms in several parts of Kyrgyzstan, and production of hydroponic green fodder for the fattening farms.

PROJECT FOR THE CULTIVATION AND PROCESSING OF BLACK CURRANT, INDIVIDUAL ENTREPRENEUR SULAIMANOV

The project involves planting black currant plantations and its subsequent processing in the village of Chon-Tash, Tyup district, Issyk-Kul region. The project is planned to be implemented in several stages: planting black currant seedlings and growing organic currants on an area of 30 hectares, construction of a mechanical workshop for processing currant plantations, installation of blast-freezing chambers, construction of a greenhouse for growing seedlings, and construction of a storage facility for marketable potatoes.

PROJECT FOR BREEDING COLD-WATER AND WARM-WATER FISH SPECIES AGRICULTURAL COMMERCIAL COOPERATIVE ICHKE-BULUN BALYGY

The project involves the construction of a hatchery workshop, pools, a dam, a feed production workshop, and subsequent fish processing facilities. The company is located 25 km from the regional center of Karakol, in the village of Ichke-Bulun, Jeti-Oguz district, Issyk-Kul region. At the initial stage, the project envisages the launch of a hatchery for breeding fry. The second stage consists of constructing pools with a recirculating water supply system for raising market fish. In the long term, fish farming by cage method in the Lipenka Bay is planned. The cooperative plans to generate income from the following activities: sale of fry, market fish, red caviar, and processed fish.

PROJECT FOR DEEP MEAT PROCESSING LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY REINA-KENCH

The project involves launching a sausage production workshop based on the existing slaughterhouse of Reina-Kench LLC in the city of Karakol, Issyk-Kul region. The project plans to produce premium-class sausage products with minimal addition of artificial components. The estimated capacity of the sausage workshop is 4 tons per day. For the launch of the sausage workshop, a production facility with an area of 1,200 m2, located on the basement floor of the slaughterhouse, has already been prepared.

PROCESSING OF CATTLE AND SMALL LIVESTOCK MEAT LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY TOSHTUK KARAKOL

The project involves the development of an existing meat processing enterprise in the city of Karakol, Issyk-Kul region. The Company's development strategy includes modernization and automation of operational processes, as well as expansion of the range of semi-finished meat products. This requires the purchase of a blast-freezing chamber, a dumpling-making machine, a sausage production line, and the construction of a facility for the sausage workshop.

PROJECT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A SKI RESORT OF MEKA PROFI LLC

The project provides for the construction of year-round resort infrastructure for full-fledged family recreation. The main focus will be on winter recreation — a ski resort. It is planned to build 5 main ski slopes of varying difficulty (for beginners, intermediate skiers, and professionals) with a total length of up to 40 km, and 5 cableways with a total length of 6.7 km. The highest skiing point is 2,948 meters, with a descent length of up to 10 km. The resort area will be located at an altitude of 2,100 meters. It is planned to build two hotels with a total capacity of up to 300 people and two restaurants with more than 300 seats. In addition, 25 eco-cottages and 4 yurts with all amenities are planned to be built on the territory of the ski resort.

PROJECT FOR EXPANDING HONEY PRODUCTION AND PROCESSING OF DARY TYAN-SHANY LLC

The project envisages increasing honey production and processing at Dary Tyan-Shanya LLC. At present, the Company's own annual honey production volume is about 13 tons. As part of the project implementation, it is planned to increase the Company's own honey production to 100 tons per year through the purchase of additional hives, bee colonies, production inventory, etc. The plant's production capacity is 8 tons of honey per shift per day. The company annually processes about 100 tons of honey, of which 13 tons are its own production. Increasing its own honey production will make it possible to raise annual processing to 200 tons of honey, including up to 100 tons of its own honey. The second stage of the project provides for modernization of the plant laboratory's technological equipment and its accreditation.

PROJECT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE AK-OLON WIND POWER PLANT OF KYRGYZ WIND SYSTEM OJSC

The project envisages the creation of a wind power plant through the construction of wind turbines in the village of Ak-Olon. The designed capacity of the wind power plant is 60 MW, which implies the installation of at least 30 wind turbines with an individual rated capacity of 2 MW each, crane pads adjacent to each turbine, internal roads, an internal electrical network, an electrical substation including a dispatch center, and connection to the power grid. The implementation of the project will create the country's first industrial wind farm and provide an opportunity to enter the market with an alternative energy source.

Investment Project

The project envisages the construction of a small hydropower plant with a capacity of 7.1 MW on the Chon-Kemin River in Kemin district of Chuy region. The site is located in the Chon-Kemin Valley. The terrain allows for the construction of a hydropower plant with a free-flow diversion system. The location of the hydropower plant has been selected to make use of the greatest gradient with maximum utilization of the river's hydropower potential. The preliminary total land area to be allocated for the construction of the small hydropower plant on the Chon-Kemin River is 14 hectares.

Investment Project

The project envisages the construction of a small hydropower plant (hereinafter SHPP) with a capacity of 2.3 MW at a potential site located on the Kurmenty River, Tyup district, Issyk-Kul region. The terrain allows for the construction of an SHPP with a pressure diversion system. It is planned to build a water intake at elevation 2193.0 m and the SHPP station building at elevation 1912.0 m. The potential annual electricity generation amounts to 11.9 million kWh.

Investment Project

The project envisages the construction of a hydropower plant (hereinafter HPP) with a potential capacity of 20 MW, based on the Papan Reservoir, located in the middle reaches of the Ak-Buura River and intended to improve water supply for the lands of Osh region and water supply for the city of Osh. The reservoir capacity is 260 million m3. The dam alignment section is located in the narrow Katar Gorge, cut by the river through the mountain massif. The potential average annual electricity generation is 93 million kWh.

Investment Project

The project envisages the construction of a small hydropower plant (hereinafter SHPP) with a capacity of 5.4 MW at a potential site located on the Talas River, Talas District, Talas Region. The terrain allows for the construction of an SHPP with free-flow diversion. The location of the SHPP has been selected to make use of the greatest gradient with maximum utilization of the river’s hydropower potential. The potential annual electricity generation is 36.8 million kWh.

AT-BASHY SUT LLC DAIRY PROCESSING PLANT

The project involves the purchase of 36 purebred Montbéliarde cows for the dairy farm complex of At-Bashy Sut LLC in At-Bashy District, Naryn Region. In 2020, At-Bashy Sut LLC began construction of a dairy farm complex for 130 head of cattle in order to increase production. At present, the complex has 64 purebred Montbéliarde cows. The purchase of an additional 36 head will make it possible to increase cheese production. Completion of the dairy farm complex will allow for increased exports of dairy products in compliance with all international standards.

ZERO-WASTE LIVESTOCK SLAUGHTER CYCLE PROJECT OF KARA-BUK LLC

The project involves the development of the wool processing workshop of Kara-Buk LLC in the Emgekchil rural administration of Naryn District, specifically: the purchase of new equipment to improve the quality of felt fabric and the completion of the slaughterhouse. Kara-Buk LLC aims to create a zero-waste livestock slaughter cycle in Naryn Region to reduce negative environmental impact in accordance with ITS 43-2017. The total area of the entire complex is 1 hectare. This area includes a felt production workshop and a slaughterhouse building.

KOCHKOR PRODUCT LLC DAIRY PROCESSING PLANT

The project involves completing the construction of the operating dairy processing plant of Kochkor Product LLC in Kochkor District, Naryn Region, namely: a treatment facility, packaging, receiving and utility sections, and a laboratory. It is also necessary to purchase equipment for the production of fermented dairy products, processed cheeses, laboratory equipment, as well as working capital. The company has 15 years of experience in milk processing, and the plant is currently in the final stage of completion. About USD 600 thousand has already been invested in the plant’s construction, including land costs, plant construction costs (about USD 260 thousand), and equipment (about USD 239 thousand).

PROJECT TO ESTABLISH A DAIRY FARM OF SOLE PROPRIETOR MAKMUDOV M., ZHETI BAATYR TRADEMARK

The project involves the construction of a modern dairy farm in the village of Nariman, Kara-Suu District, Osh Region, meeting international standards for the production of raw milk, which will be used in the manufacture of Zheti Baatyr dairy products. It is planned to purchase 300 high-yield cows, each capable of producing an average of 9,000 kg of milk per year. The expected volume of raw milk production will average 2,700 tons per year. The dairy farm will be built on an existing 1-hectare land plot.

PROJECT TO EXPAND THE FRUIT AND BERRY DRYING WORKSHOP OF ORZHEMIL HOLDING COMPANY LLC Project cost - $1,500,000 Orzhemil Holding Company LLC

As part of the project implementation, it is planned to modernize the company’s existing production facility for dried berries and fruits. The raw material base will consist of local seasonal berries and fruits grown in Osh Region. Supplies of raw materials (vegetables, fruits, berries) will be carried out according to the flowering season, then immediately dried without long-term storage and exported. During the season, the workshop will operate for finished product manufacturing and sales, while in winter it will focus only on warehouse sales. The main products are dried cherries, tomatoes, watermelon, melon, apples, pears, mulberries, etc.

PROJECT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A VEGETABLE AND FRUIT CANNING PLANT OF OSH FRUIT AND VEGETABLE PROCESSING PLANT LLC

The project involves resuming the operation of a vegetable and fruit canning plant on the basis of an idle agricultural processing complex located in Osh, Kyrgyz Republic. The proposed project is characterized by the availability of a sufficient raw material base in nearby districts, engineering infrastructure, access to qualified labor, as well as convenient transport logistics. Investment is required for the modernization and additional outfitting of the enterprise’s production equipment.

DAIRY PRODUCTION CLUSTER PROJECT OF ALAIKU ORGANICS LLC

The project plans to create a dairy cluster in Osh Region, including: a cattle farm with up to 2,000 head, a dairy workshop, a veterinary pharmacy, and a feed production base. This complex will monitor the entire process, from feed preparation for high-yield imported breed cattle to obtaining high-quality milk. The milk produced will be supplied to Alaiku Organics plants for further dairy production. Production of skimmed milk powder will also be launched.

PROJECT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF AN ETHNO-CENTER ON THE TALAS RIVER OF ALA-TOO ECOFISH TALAS LLC

The project envisages the creation of the unique Ala-Too Ecofish Talas ethno-center, which will be located in the city of Talas, Talas Region, on the river that gave its name to the entire city. The ethno-center is based on the centuries-old national traditions, culture, and way of life of the nomadic tribes of the Kyrgyz Republic. The project concept is a destination. Ala-Too Ecofish Talas plans to combine cultural, social, and entrepreneurial areas. The main focus of activity is the presentation of ethnographic features, lifestyle, and everyday details of nomads, exhibitions of decorative and applied arts, fairs, etc. As part of the project, the following infrastructure facilities are planned: ethno-cottages with accommodation capacity for 50-60 people; a cultural recreation area; a cultural and historical zone; a café.

PROJECT TO ESTABLISH A DAIRY FARM FOR CHEESE PRODUCTION OF SOLE PROPRIETOR TUUGANBAEV B.O.

The project involves the construction of a modern dairy farm in Talas Region for the production of raw milk, which will be used in the manufacture of Talas Daamy cheese products. It is planned to build a dairy farm and purchase 500 head of high-yield Holstein-Friesian dairy cattle, the most widespread dairy cow breed in the world. Each cow produces 60-65 kg of milk per day. The average annual milk yield is 7,500 kg. For the construction of the farm, it is planned to purchase a 10-hectare land plot. Subsequently, the herd is planned to be increased to 1,000 head of cattle.

PROJECT TO LAUNCH A VEGETABLE AND FRUIT PROCESSING ENTERPRISE OF THE AZRA GROUP OF COMPANIES

The project provides for the construction and launch of an enterprise for canning vegetables and fruits in Talas Region. The Azra Group of Companies annually exports up to 15,000 tons of beans (95% of production) and also owns 40 hectares of apple orchards. Talas Region also has sufficient volumes of plums and other agricultural products for processing. The enterprise is planned to be built on a 0.3-hectare plot at an existing production site. It is planned to purchase a canned food production line with a capacity of 3,000 kg/hour and industrial drying equipment with a capacity of 1,600 kg/day. The company plans to produce various types of canned beans, jams, dried plums, and dried apples.

TECHNOPOLIS FOR TEXTILE AND GARMENT PRODUCTION OF THE LIGHT INDUSTRY ASSOCIATION

The project provides for the construction and launch of a Technopolis for textile and garment production. According to the project, it is planned to launch in-house production of textile and garment products and lease premises to garment enterprises. The Technopolis is aimed at bringing garment enterprises together in a single center for more effective interaction, consolidating and distributing large orders from foreign clients among Technopolis residents. This model of cooperation with garment enterprises will accelerate the development of the garment industry of the Kyrgyz Republic and help reduce the fragmentation of the country’s garment sector. The Technopolis’s own production will include fabric manufacturing, fabric dyeing, and garment production.

PROJECT TO EXPAND THE ZIL SKI RESORT OF ZIL COMPANY LLC

The project provides for the expansion of the ZIL ski resort through the construction of an additional cableway (funicular) 5 km long to a new descent point from the Kentor glacier, located at an altitude of 3,500 meters. In addition, professionals will be offered a service to transport skiers to a descent point at 4,000 meters. Descents from this altitude are possible year-round. Since the placement of cableway supports on the glacier may harm the glacier and the environment, transport will be carried out by high-speed snowmobiles. Moreover, a year-round recreation center will be built at an altitude of 3,050 meters, including a restaurant for 150-200 people, 10 cottages, a recreation area, a children’s playground, and an ice rink, which will serve as a lake in summer.

PROJECT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF AN ALTERNATIVE TUNNEL ON THE BISHKEK-OSH HIGHWAY MINISTRY OF TRANSPORT AND COMMUNICATIONS OF THE KYRGYZ REPUBLIC

The project involves the construction of an alternative tunnel through the Too-Ashuu pass on the Bishkek-Osh highway. The condition of the existing tunnel is assessed as satisfactory; therefore, it currently requires constant repair work. In this regard, there is a need to build a new and more technologically advanced tunnel. The construction of the alternative tunnel is planned at an altitude of 2,200 meters above sea level, which is 1,000 meters lower than the existing one. It is proposed to provide for the construction of two tunnels in two directions, with a two-lane roadway in each tunnel. The length of the tunnels will be approximately 11 km, with construction planned to begin 16 km before the existing tunnel on the northern side and at the same distance on the southern side.

ELECTRIFICATION OF THE LUGOVAYA-BALYKCHY RAILWAY SECTION OF KYRGYZ TEMIR ZHOLU STATE ENTERPRISE NC

The project involves the electrification of the Lugovaya-Balykchy railway section. When converting the Lugovaya-Balykchy section to electric traction, the fleet of diesel locomotives in freight, passenger, and suburban services will be replaced by electric locomotives. The Lugovaya-Balykchy railway section is the main transport artery connecting Kyrgyzstan with Kazakhstan and other countries. The section is single-track, with an operational length of 321.5 km, of which 60.3 km is in Kazakhstan and 261.2 km is in Kyrgyzstan. The 60.3 km section located in Kazakhstan belongs to Kyrgyzstan. Electric traction will increase travel speed, improve line capacity, improve working conditions, and eliminate harmful atmospheric emissions from diesel engine exhaust gases. Electrification of the Lugovaya-Balykchy section will provide access to other electrified railway sections in directions across almost the entire territory of Kazakhstan, where about 5,000 km of railway lines out of 16,000 km are electrified, as well as to Russia. Routes will open in the western, eastern, and northern directions of Kazakhstan and further to Russia.

RENOVATION OF BRANCHES INTO PSCs. COURIER SERVICE. CENTRAL ASIAN POSTAL ALLIANCE. SE "KYRGYZ POCHTASY"

The project envisages the implementation of projects by the State Enterprise "Kyrgyz Pochtasy", which include the following steps: Renovation of post offices into PSCs – transformation of post office branches into modern public service centers: postal services, public service center, Postpay, social stores, and pharmacies. Organization of a city and interregional courier service – delivery of goods, parcels, and cargo throughout Kyrgyzstan. Establishment of the Logistics Park of the Central Asian Postal Alliance (LP "CAPA") – a partnership between the postal administrations of the Central Asian countries. The logistics park will consist of fulfillment warehouses, a bonded warehouse, the CAPA Business Center (for park residents), and a DUTY FREE MALL for online and offline sales of goods at affordable prices.
