In accordance with the Presidential Decree on combating corruption and improving the efficiency of public service, the National Investment Agency under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic carries out activities aimed at ensuring transparency, strengthening executive discipline, increasing the responsibility of officials, and improving the mechanisms of interaction with citizens and business representatives on a permanent basis.
The Agency regularly holds meetings with citizens and business representatives. These meetings are organised in coordination with state and municipal bodies and are aimed at discussing investment initiatives in the regions and at promptly resolving pressing issues.
Within its mandate, the Agency reviews proposals, applications and citizen requests in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic and takes appropriate measures. Electronic requests are also accepted and processed in the prescribed manner.

Any citizen or business representative can promptly report a problem, submit a proposal or evaluate the work of the Agency.

The Agency is connected to the automated information system "Feedback". Through it citizens can submit proposals and rate the Agency's performance.

The Agency continuously works to strengthen executive discipline and increase official accountability.
When deadlines for processing documents are violated, internal reviews are conducted, and appropriate disciplinary measures are taken based on the results.
