Introduction
The Public-Private Partnership project "Financing, Design, Construction, and Operation of a Customs and Logistics Complex in the At-Bashinsky District of the Naryn Region of the Kyrgyz Republic" (hereinafter referred to as the "PPP Project") was initiated by the State Customs Service under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the decree of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic dated December 1, 2016, No. 517-r.
The State Customs Service under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic (the State Partner) engaged the Consulting Company JSC "Transproject Group" (Moscow, Russian Federation) to develop the feasibility study (FS).
The tender documents consist of a Request for Qualifications to participate in the competition, a Request for Proposals to participate in the competition, and a draft PPP Agreement.
This Request for Qualifications to participate in the competition is prepared to provide information to interested parties and/or competition participants.
