On October 12, 2021, Acting Minister Bayasov N.M. held a meeting with the Managing Director of the consulting company "Reformatics" Mr. Gilauri N.Z. regarding the project for the development and implementation of urgent reforms in the investment and business climate for recovery after COVID-19.
Gilauri N.Z. informed that within the framework of the project, practical recommendations for attracting investments will be presented, focusing on quick results immediately after the COVID-19 crisis, as well as proposals for long-term reforms. The implementation of the project began on October 5, 2021, with the support of the Eurasian Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
In turn, Bayasov N.M. noted the necessity and significance of this project in the current realities, informed about the reforms carried out to improve the investment and business climate of the country, and highlighted several priority areas for investment development.
As a result of the meeting, the parties agreed on a visit of the company's representatives in the near future.
