NOTICE on the development of a draft regulatory legal act

The National Investment Agency under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic hereby informs about the beginning of discussions on legal regulation and the collection of proposals from interested parties for the development of the draft Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Amendments to the Legislative Acts of the Kyrgyz Republic on Public-Private Partnership Issues." 1. Description of the problems that the proposed regulation aims to address (if possible, provide relevant quantitative and qualitative indicators): The current Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Public-Private Partnership" defines the main provisions of PPP. To date, there is a need for further development of legal conditions for PPP in the Kyrgyz Republic, and this direction has also been supported by the Program for Promoting Economic Diversification of the Kyrgyz Republic: Subprogram 3, Asian Development Bank, within which assistance was provided in developing proposals for improving the regulatory framework.
