The working subgroup on the inventory of legislation in the field of investments chaired by the Minister of Investments A.N. Shykmamatov held its regular meeting. In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic "On conducting an inventory of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic" dated February 8, 2021, No. 26, the working subgroup in the field of investments is carrying out activities related to the inventory of legislation. Thus, on August 27, 2021, a regular meeting of the working subgroup was held at the Ministry of Investments, where the following draft laws were agreed upon: 1) Draft Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Municipal Property"; 2) Draft Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Strategic Objects of the Kyrgyz Republic"; 3) Draft Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Arbitration Courts in the Kyrgyz Republic"; 4) Draft Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic
