On July 15, 2022, a seminar on the topic: "Application of the Investor Complaint Review Mechanism" was held for the staff of the central office of the National Investment Agency under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic (hereinafter referred to as the National Agency) with the assistance of the World Bank Group for promoting growth and investment in the tourism sector of the Kyrgyz Republic, implemented by the International Finance Corporation (IFC). Representatives of the NGO "Business Association JIA" also participated in the seminar.
The seminar was organized to ensure the effective and quality implementation of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Approval of the Procedure for Reviewing Investor Complaints" (hereinafter - the Procedure) dated January 28, 2022, No. 32. This Procedure aims to create a mechanism for providing assistance and support to investors in resolving disputes arising from interactions with state bodies and local self-government bodies.
