Bolotov Sanzharbek Baktybekovich has been appointed as the director of the PPP Center under the Ministry of Investments of the Kyrgyz Republic. The corresponding order was signed on August 18, 2021, by the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Maripov U.A.
Bolotov Sanzharbek Baktybekovich was born on November 13, 1991, and has a higher education.
In 2013, he graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University with a degree in "Administrative and Financial Law." He is proficient in English and Turkish.
Since August 2014, he began his career in the Ministry of Economy of the Kyrgyz Republic as acting chief specialist of the investment policy and PPP department of the investment and PPP management. In September 2015, following an open competition, he was appointed as a leading specialist in the investment policy and PPP department of the investment and PPP management.
From May 25, 2018, to February 17, 2020, Bolotov S.B. held the position of expert in the economy and investment department of the Government Office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
In the course of his duties, Bolotov S.B. oversaw issues related to the development and support of entrepreneurship, public-private partnerships (PPP), and the "green" economy.
On February 17, 2020, Bolotov S.B. was appointed as an expert in the strategic development policy sector of the strategic development, economy, and finance policy department of the Office of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.
On May 18, 2021, due to structural changes, Bolotov S.B. was appointed as an expert in the department.
