On May 29, 2024, in Riyadh, the National Investment Agency of the Kyrgyz Republic actively participated in the first investment forum "Central Asia – Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf", which took place in the capital of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The delegation of the Kyrgyz Republic was represented by both government agencies and companies, as well as private businesses.
The forum became an important platform for discussing and further implementing joint investment projects, as well as for establishing and strengthening business ties between entrepreneurs from the Gulf countries and Central Asia.
Representatives of the Kyrgyz Republic participated in all panel sessions of the forum, making a significant contribution to the discussion of key issues.
The Deputy Director of the National Investment Agency under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, Zhibek Abdullaeva, served as the moderator for the session "Renewable and Clean Energy", where the prospects and opportunities for developing cooperation were discussed.
