As part of the Eurasian Congress-2023, the Deputy Director of the National Investment Agency under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, N.M. Bayasov, spoke at the Panel Session "Intercountry Investment Projects in Industry," where he shared interesting and relevant data.
According to N. Bayasov, the dynamics of industrial production in the Union amounted to 99.4% in 2022 compared to 2021. At the same time, the Kyrgyz Republic demonstrated significant growth of 11.4%, which is one of the best indicators in the region. There was also an increase in industrial production in Armenia by 7.9% and in Kazakhstan by 1.1%. In Russia and Belarus, however, a decline of 0.6% and 5.4% was recorded, respectively.
In addition, the Deputy Director of the NIA noted that the number of enterprises in the Kyrgyz Republic with the participation of capital from EAEU member states amounted to more than 380 enterprises with the Russian Federation, 274 enterprises with the Republic of Kazakhstan, and 12 enterprises with the Republic of Belarus.
