The National Investment Agency under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic participated in the fifth meeting of the Intergovernmental Commission on Economic and Humanitarian Cooperation between the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Azerbaijan, which took place on July 26, 2023, in Cholpon-Ata.
The Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic Bakyt Torobaev and the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ali Akhmedov headed the respective delegations.
The co-chairs of the Intergovernmental Commission will also participate in the business forum "Kyrgyzstan-Azerbaijan" at Issyk-Kul, where the business circles of the two countries will be able to discuss the prospects for cooperation.
During the meeting, issues of bilateral cooperation in the political, trade-economic, investment, and cultural-humanitarian spheres were discussed.
