Today, as part of its functions to protect investors, the National Investment Agency under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, with the support of the IFC project (World Bank Group) aimed at promoting and growing investments in the Kyrgyz Republic, funded by the Government of Switzerland, held a training seminar for state officials on the topic of 'Implementing Investor Protection Mechanisms and Their Support'. In accordance with the decree of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic 'On the Protection of Property and Support for Entrepreneurs and Investors', a Procedure for Considering Investor Complaints and Their Support has been developed and approved, which was confirmed by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic on January 28, 2022, No. 32. Under this procedure, the National Investment Agency under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic is designated as the main state body for investor protection and the implementation of a clear mechanism for considering investor complaints regarding the actions or inactions of state bodies.
