General qualification requirements for groups of administrative state civil positions: for the main group of administrative positions (G-A): Level of professional education: - higher education in the field of "economics and management" in the areas of "human resource management", "economics", "management", "state and municipal administration", "humanities" in the areas of "jurisprudence". Work experience: - experience in state and/or municipal service of at least 3 years or work experience in the relevant professional field of at least 5 years. Professional competencies: - knowledge: of the general legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic: - Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic; - Constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic"; - Labor Code of the Kyrgyz Republic; - law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On the procedure for considering citizens' appeals"; - law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On the state
