During the Spring Meetings on April 24-25, 2025, Deputy Director of the National Investment Agency under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, Damirbek Bikulov, participated in the plenary session "Navigating in Uncertainty," organized by the International Monetary Fund.
The session was dedicated to sharing experiences and discussing effective approaches to strengthening the resilience of the economies of the Middle East and Central Asia, enhancing investment attractiveness, and maintaining sustainable economic growth. The event was moderated by Marc Uzan, Executive Director of the Bretton Woods Reform Committee. Key speakers included Jihad Azour, Director of the Middle East and Central Asia Department of the IMF, and Muhammad Aurangzeb, Minister of Finance and Revenue of Pakistan.
