In addition, depending on the amount of investments made on undeveloped land over 1.0 million US dollars, within 1 year, the tenant is charged a rental fee of 1% of the approved rental rate for a period of 1 year. Also, preferential conditions were provided for new residents - a deferral of rent during the design and construction of the enterprise.
