As part of the Regulation on the procedure for the formation and provision of investment lots, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic on July 12, 2023, No. 357, with the assistance of the National Agency, the Mayor's Office of the city of Cholpon-Ata has formed the Investment Lot "Greenhouse" in the city of Cholpon-Ata.
The investment lot is located in the village of Kosh-Kol on the "Zelenstroy" site. The total area of the land plot is 23.2 hectares. The investment lot is located next to the Balykchy-Karakol highway. The specified land plot is a rural land plot.
