Today, December 15, in Bishkek, at the state residence of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, the National Investment Agency under the President is holding a forum titled ‘Investment Vector: State and Business’. At the official opening, the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Adylbek Kasymaliev, emphasized the importance of the event and its role in strengthening constructive dialogue between state bodies and the business community. The event aims to openly discuss relevant directions of state investment policy and establish constructive dialogue among state bodies, businesses, and international partners. The forum will also contribute to strengthening the investment climate and developing interaction mechanisms between the state and business. In August 2025, new laws on ‘Investments in the Kyrgyz Republic’ and ‘Public-Private Partnership’ will be adopted, aligning with international standards and guaranteeing investment protection. Today’s forum marks the starting point for implementing a sustainable open dialogue mechanism between the state, business, and the international community.
