Today, July 28, 2022, a meeting was held between the Director of the National Investment Agency Ravshanbek Sabirov and the Head of the Trade Department and Trade Advisor in the Kyrgyz Republic Clemens Mahal.
During the meeting, the Head of the National Agency thanked Mr. Mahal for his active assistance in strengthening the existing potential between Austria and Kyrgyzstan. He also called for support in the implementation of projects in the tourism sector, specifically in the construction of ski resorts and clusters, considering that Austria is a leader in the skiing industry.
In turn, the Head of the Trade Department of Austria noted the readiness to provide comprehensive support in these areas, involving representatives of the company "The Doppelmayr Garaventa Group" (the world's largest manufacturer of cable cars).
Additionally, the meeting discussed issues related to the upcoming Kyrgyz-Austrian business forum, within the framework of the 8th meeting of the Joint Kyrgyz-Austrian Commission.
