On November 15, 2022, a meeting was held at the National Investment Agency with the IFC mission on business regulation, led by Mr. Imaldin Radashlich.
The meeting discussed cooperation between the National Agency and IFC on the development of regulatory legal acts on investments, taking into account best international practices, as well as the effective implementation of a mechanism for reviewing investor complaints.
It should be noted that the National Investment Agency under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic has been designated as the main state body for the protection of investors' rights, where any investor can turn. Their complaint will be entered into the Investor Complaint Register, thoroughly reviewed, and comprehensive assistance will be provided in resolving issues with state and municipal authorities of Kyrgyzstan. Regardless of the outcome of the complaint resolution, the National Agency continuously supports investors registered in the Register to identify potential or already existing disputes.
