Seminars on the Protection of Entrepreneurs' and Investors' Rights

In order to enhance the qualifications of operational staff of the prosecutor's office in the regions of the Kyrgyz Republic, from November 11 to 13, 2023, the National Investment Agency under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic (NIA) held a series of seminars on the topic "Protection of the rights and legitimate interests of business entities by prosecutors." The training of operational staff of the prosecutor's office is conducted with the support of the OSCE. The seminars took place in the Osh and Jalal-Abad regions, where experts from the National Investment Agency under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic's legal support department for the protection of investors' rights and complaint review discussed the most pressing issues regarding the protection of investors' rights. Seminar participants received practical information about the mechanisms for protecting the rights of business entities, as well as the actions of the prosecutor's office to ensure legality and law and order in the business sector. This event is an important step towards strengthening cooperation between the prosecutor's office and the business community, as well as creating a transparent and predictable investment environment in the country.
