Business Forum "Kyrgyzstan - United Arab Emirates"

Today, June 1, the business forum "Kyrgyzstan - United Arab Emirates" has started. The business forum "Kyrgyzstan - United Arab Emirates" has organized B2B meetings for domestic exporters and entrepreneurs with representatives from over 20 companies from the United Arab Emirates. The Director of the National Investment Agency under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, R.A. Sabirov, delivered a welcoming speech. The Director of the NIA urged Emirati companies to invest in the Kyrgyz Republic, especially in priority sectors of the economy such as energy, industry, agriculture, tourism, and healthcare, as well as interregional cooperation. They highlighted the implementation of projects for the construction of small and medium hydropower plants aimed at fully transitioning industrial sectors and the housing and communal services sector to electricity instead of carbon energy sources, primarily coal and fuel oil.
