A meeting was held at the National Investment Agency under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic with the participation of the directors of the free economic zones (FEZ).
The meeting discussed their activities, improving the regulatory and legal framework, and developing joint approaches to address current issues.
Participants shared practical experiences and considered the main issues that arose in implementing investment projects, attracting residents, and interacting with government agencies.
Initiatives to improve legislation were particularly discussed, emphasizing the aim to enhance the effectiveness of FEZs, improve the investment environment, and reduce administrative barriers.
As a result, agreements were made to continue preparing proposals for improving the regulatory and legal framework and to strengthen cooperation between the National Agency and the FEZ directorates.
The National Investment Agency will continue its systematic work aimed at attracting investment to the country's economy and developing the investment potential of free economic zones.
