In execution of the Decree of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic "On the inventory of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic" dated February 8, 2021, No. 26, the working subgroup in the field of investments is conducting activities as part of the inventory of legislation.
Thus, on September 23, 2021, a regular meeting of the working subgroup was held at the Ministry of Investments, where the following draft laws were agreed upon:
1) Draft Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Investment Funds";
2) Draft Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Joint Stock Companies";
3) Draft Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On the Recognition of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Trust Management of State Property" as Invalid.
The above-mentioned acts were analyzed by the working subgroup for compliance with the criteria in accordance with the aforementioned Decree of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, namely: for compliance with the Constitution and the principles of social justice.
