On June 13 and 14, 2023, field meetings were held with the participation of the heads of rural areas of Naryn and Issyk-Kul regions.
During the field meetings, presentations were made for local self-government bodies on the topics of "Implementation of investment policy", "Investor protection mechanism", and "PPP projects in the regions".
The Deputy Director of the National Agency, J. Zheenaliev, informed the local self-government bodies of Naryn region that the National Agency is currently preparing a Concept for attracting investments to Naryn region. The document is expected to serve as a basis for increasing foreign direct investment inflow to the region.
Conducting such events in the regions will have a positive impact on the investment potential of the regions and will contribute to the implementation of investment and PPP projects.
As a result of the meeting, investment projects in the regions were discussed, as well as ways to address existing barriers to attracting investments. Initiated investment projects were reviewed in Issyk-Kul region.
