The head of the National Investment Agency of the Kyrgyz Republic, Ravshanbek Sabirov, spoke to journalists from Chosun Ilbo, one of South Korea's largest newspapers.
The interview addressed Kyrgyzstan's investment opportunities, attracting Korean investments, and developing business cooperation between the two countries.
Discussing the future of cooperation with Korean partners, Ravshanbek Sabirov highlighted areas such as medicine, artificial intelligence and digital technologies, data processing centers, green energy and technologies, as well as high-tech manufacturing.
According to him, Kyrgyzstan is interested not only in attracting ready-made technologies but also in localizing them, transferring experience and competencies, conducting joint developments, and training local specialists.
We want not only to introduce technologies but to create them together with our partners and to use Kyrgyzstan as a platform for entering Central Asian markets.
