Today, October 7, the head of the National Investment Agency under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, Ravshanbek Sabirov, met with Kyanan Jalilov, founder of Azerbaijan's Portofino Development.
The parties discussed promising investment projects in the Kyrgyz Republic, including construction and urban infrastructure development directions.
Kyanan Jalilov shared his experience in implementing similar projects in Azerbaijan and suggested exploring the possibility of applying this approach in the context of Kyrgyzstan.
Currently, conditions for implementing investment projects in Kyrgyzstan are being systematically established. Our task is to provide clear rules and accessible support instruments for investors, as well as to accompany the implementation of projects at all stages.

The head of the national agency shared information with investors about the current measures of state support, including opportunities and preferences in special economic zones (SEZ), tax and other incentives, as well as the conditions being created for the development of the IT sector.
Ravshanbek Sabirov also highlighted the opportunities created by the Kyrgyz Republic's Law on Venture Financing for the development of startups and innovative companies, and attracting private capital to promising projects.
Kyanan Jalilov expressed interest in implementing projects in the Kyrgyz Republic, including the development of the "Asman" ecological city.
As a result of the meeting, the parties agreed to continue consultations and to develop future cooperation directions in detail.
