The Public-Private Partnership Center under the National Investment Agency of the Kyrgyz Republic and the State Enterprise "Kyrgyzpharmacy" under the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic invites interested parties to participate in the competition for the "El Aman" Pharmacy Sector Development Public-Private Partnership Project.
The project aims to establish a sustainable public pharmacy sector that provides the population with quality, safe, and affordable medicines and medical products.
The main goal of the project is to develop a modern and efficiently functioning pharmacy infrastructure that ensures the sustainability of the necessary assortment of medicines and medical products, increases the accessibility of medicines for the population, and develops the pharmacy sector in the regions of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Project Objectives
- Ensuring the sustainability of the approved assortment of medicines and medical products;
- Reducing the cost of medicines and medical products for the population through effective procurement and optimization of logistics processes;
- Increasing the financial sustainability and operational efficiency of the pharmacy sector;
- Reducing shortages, losses, write-offs, and the quantity of expired goods;
- Increasing the turnover of inventory;
- Ensuring transparency in the processes of sales, purchases, waste accounting, and cash flow;
- Improving the quality and speed of service for the population;
- Developing modern pharmacy infrastructure in the regions of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The implementation of the project is aimed at increasing the accessibility of medicines and medical products for the population, improving the sales system, and establishing a sustainable and effective public pharmacy sector.
