Damirbek Zhanturayevich Bikulov has been appointed as the Deputy Head of the National Investment Agency under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The relevant decree was signed by the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, Adilbek Kasymaliev.
