The winner of the private partner selection for the "Construction of a Heat Power Plant with the Placement of Digital Infrastructure in the Chon-Alai District of Osh Region" public-private partnership (PPP) project has been determined.
The project involves the establishment of a modern heat power plant that incorporates combined cycle technology and installs modern pollutant emission purification systems that meet international environmental standards, with an initial capacity development from 10-20 MW to 200 MW in stages.
The integration of energy and digital infrastructure is a key feature of the project, which includes the establishment of a data processing center, a high-tech dispatch and monitoring center, as well as the placement of engineering and logistical facilities that ensure the stable operation of the complex.
The state partner is the Chon-Alai District State Administration of Osh Region, while the project initiator, responsible for the construction, operation, and management of the facility, is the private company "Volt Hash KJ" with foreign investments.
The implementation of the project aims to reduce electricity shortages, develop regional infrastructure, create new jobs, and enhance energy security.
The project also includes the introduction of digital solutions for monitoring and managing energy production, as well as the potential for further expansion of capacities and digital services.
