Today, March 17, the head of the National Investment Agency under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, Ravshanbek Sabirov, visited the 'Vostochnye Stroitelnye Materialy' LLC located in the village of Jany-Aryk in the Kara-Suu district of Osh region as part of monitoring the implementation of investment projects.
The company specializes in the production of construction bricks and gas blocks. The project aims to establish a production facility that produces fired bricks and aerated concrete blocks with a capacity of up to 200,000 pieces per day. The total investment amount for the project exceeds 10.5 million US dollars.
According to the lease agreement for the land plot established on August 4, 2025, after the company is put into operation, it will make voluntary payments to the budget of the Intymak rural government in the Kara-Suu district. In the first year, 35 million soms are planned to be transferred, and in the following years, 5 million soms annually will be directed towards the development of social infrastructure and support for the local population.
The implementation of the project is accompanied by the creation of new jobs and an increase in tax revenues to the budget. The launch of the company is also related to the development of the construction sector in the region and the increase in investment activity in Osh region.
