The National Investment Agency under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic holds regular meetings with citizens and business representatives. These meetings are organized based on interaction with state and municipal bodies, aimed at discussing investment initiatives in the regions and promptly addressing relevant issues.
Within its authority, the National Agency reviews citizens' proposals, applications, and appeals in accordance with the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic and takes appropriate measures. Electronic appeals are also accepted and reviewed in the established manner.

The National Agency continuously works to strengthen executive order and increase official accountability. Investigations are conducted regarding violations of document execution deadlines, and appropriate disciplinary measures are applied based on their results.
