Deputy Head of the National Investment Agency under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, Meirimbek Koichumanov, met with Sam Azimi, head of the delegation from the German company Lenus Health GmbH, representatives from the German Global Trade Forum Berlin, Eberhard Y. Trempel, head of the China Forum Berlin, and Natalia Lenchanka, representative for Central Asia, as well as Aizada Arzymatova, CEO of MedPharm Consulting LLC.

During the meeting, the prospective areas of cooperation in the pharmaceutical, medical products, and biologically active supplements sectors were discussed, as well as the opportunities for implementing investment projects through the use of free economic zones and public-private partnership mechanisms.

It was noted that the Kyrgyz Republic serves as a favorable platform for entering the Eurasian Economic Union market, considering the unified customs territory and the common market for medical products and pharmaceutical goods.

Information was provided to the German side about the existing instruments for supporting investors, including mechanisms for project implementation based on public-private partnership principles, their advantages, and practical applications.

As a result, the parties expressed their interest in further developing cooperation and implementing joint projects, as well as their intention to participate in the next Kyrgyz-German business forum with the aim of expanding business contacts and promoting joint initiatives.
