Today, February 2, the head of the National Investment Agency under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, Ravshanbek Sabirov, met with representatives of Shanghai Minghou Xufu Business Consulting Management Co., Ltd., Anté Lingkun (Shanghai) Technology Co., Ltd.
The visit of the Chinese delegation to the Kyrgyz Republic was the result of agreements reached during the participation of representatives of the National Investment Agency at the Central Asian Scientific and Technological and Trade-Economic Forum, which will take place in Shanghai in January 2026. Within the framework of the forum, the parties reached key agreements to transition cooperation to a practical stage.
During the meeting, the parties discussed specific investment projects aimed at digitalization, sustainable development, and modernization of urban and social infrastructure, including possible initiatives for implementation in the territory of the city of Tokmok. In particular, the following projects were considered:
* the "Global Ecological City" project, aimed at creating a sustainable urban environment using environmentally friendly and intelligent technologies, including digital infrastructure management systems;
* the "Digital Innovative E-Commerce Platform" project, which aims to create a modern electronic and service ecosystem focused on integrating business processes and trade;
* the "Intelligent Urban Public Transport System" project, aimed at introducing digital and intelligent solutions to enhance the efficiency and safety of urban transport infrastructure;
* the "Smart Medical Cities" project, aimed at creating modern medical service clusters using digital technologies, telemedicine, and intelligent management systems.
"For us, it is extremely important that investment projects do not remain at the conceptual level but transition to practical implementation. The Kyrgyz Republic is interested in partnerships that provide new technologies, jobs, and improve the quality of life for citizens. The National Investment Agency is ready to provide comprehensive institutional support for the implementation of initiatives within the framework of the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic," emphasized Ravshanbek Sabirov.
As a result of the meeting, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed, aimed at developing investment and technological cooperation between the National Investment Agency under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic and representatives of Chinese companies, as well as accompanying promising joint projects.
The parties confirmed their mutual interest in continuing practical cooperation, preparing detailed project proposals, and attracting investors and technological partners.
