The project portfolio of the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Center includes over 90 projects, with total private investments exceeding 434 billion soms. Currently, 65 PPP projects are in active implementation. Last year, 14 new PPP agreements were signed in the fields of transport, logistics, agriculture, ecology and waste management, tourism, education, and communications, attracting over 3.9 billion USD to the economy of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Particularly noteworthy are the projects signed in 2025 that have become locomotives of investment growth. These include the construction and operation of the "Future" alternative toll tunnel through the "Töö-Ashuu" pass (Bishkek–Osh highway), the implementation of the "Trans-Eurasian Route" project, the construction and operation of the eastern bypass road of Bishkek city, and the project for the construction and management of a trade-logistics center in Kara-Suu city.

Among the ceremonial openings of PPP projects in 2025 were those aimed at modernizing regional infrastructure and healthcare. These include the "Bulak" sports and health complex in Osh city, the "U Nexus Hub" innovation center established at the International University of Kyrgyzstan, and the magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) center based at the integrated clinical hospital of Osh region.

One of the significant outcomes of the year was the IV International PPP Conference held under the slogan "State and Business: Synergy for Strong Partnership" on October 23-24, 2025, in Bishkek. The event was attended by the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic Daniyar Amangeldiev, the head of the National Investment Agency under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic Ravshanbek Sabirov, and the director of the Eurasian Development Bank's representative office in the Kyrgyz Republic Nurlan Akmatov.
