Bishkek, 25.12.25. /Kabar/. Kyrgyzstan will continue an open partnership policy to become one of the most attractive investment regions in Central Asia, President Sadyr Japarov stated at the IV People's Kurultai. The President noted that private and foreign capital will be secured and will have real opportunities. According to Japarov, Kyrgyzstan has become a favorable country for work, production, and export. It is necessary to increase the participation of foreign investors and expand the inflow of private capital into industry, processing, energy projects, digital technologies, agriculture, and logistics. Investments should become the driving force for every region and sector. "Investments in fixed capital are growing, which means the opening of new enterprises, industrial development, construction of modern facilities, and creation of thousands of jobs. More and more citizens are investing in production, processing, farms, and innovations, which is evidence of strong faith in the state. Today, Kyrgyzstan is becoming an increasingly attractive country for international business. The growth of foreign investments and the interest of large companies in our resources, infrastructure, and reforms indicate that we are on the right track. We are taking all measures to ensure that investors feel reliably protected by the state. We are simplifying investment procedures: we have reduced approvals, eliminated bureaucratic obstacles, and introduced digital services," said the head of state.
