Open Dialogue on Protecting Entrepreneurs and Developing Investment Climate in Kyrgyzstan

On November 7, 2025, a meeting organized by the Association of Markets, Trade, and Services of the Kyrgyz Republic took place, focusing on protecting the rights of entrepreneurs and developing the investment climate in the country. The event was attended by Ravshanbek Azatovich Sabirov, Director of the National Investment Agency under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, a representative of the General Prosecutor's Office, business community representatives, entrepreneurs, and leaders of industry associations. An open dialogue occurred between representatives of government agencies and the business sector. Participants discussed current challenges faced by entrepreneurs, legal protection for businesses, eliminating administrative barriers, and improving investment promotion. Following the first open dialogue on October 30, 2025, a second meeting was held with over 30 representatives of the business community, entrepreneurs, and industry association leaders. Participants continued discussions on implementing previously developed initiatives and exchanged proposals to improve the business environment and develop the investment climate in the Kyrgyz Republic. At the end of the meeting, Ravshanbek Azatovich Sabirov urged entrepreneurs and business community representatives to submit their proposals and issues in writing for further review. He emphasized that the National Agency is open to constructive cooperation and will continue to hold such open meetings and dialogue platforms to promptly address relevant issues and strengthen cooperation between the public and private sectors.
