The Orlovka City Hall announces a competition for the selection of a private partner for the public-private partnership project "Reconstruction of the old boiler house for the gas concrete block production plant in Orlovka" and invites all interested parties to participate in the competition.

The project includes the following activities: construction of a modern production line for building materials, particularly gas concrete blocks, on the site of the former thermal power station (boiler house). Total area of the facility: 25,000 m2. Annual capacity: 90,000 m3 of gas blocks. The project aims to establish a modern enterprise for gas concrete block production. The public-private partnership mechanism allows for optimal risk distribution between municipal authorities and the private sector, achieving social and economic goals, and aligning with budgetary and financial indicators.
