Director of the National Investment Agency under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic R.A. Sabirov met with Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, Chairman of the National Council of the World Congress of Tatars Vasily Gabtelgayazovich Shaikhraziev.

October 29, 2025, Bishkek. During the negotiations, the parties exchanged views on the current state and future prospects of Kyrgyz-Tatarstan cooperation in trade, economic, investment, and humanitarian sectors. The Kyrgyz side provided information on ongoing economic reforms, measures to improve the business climate, create favorable conditions for investors, and develop the infrastructure of industrial and free economic zones. The Tatarstan delegation expressed interest in expanding the participation of Tatarstan companies in the Kyrgyz Republic in areas such as industrial production, agro-processing, digitalization, and the introduction of innovative technological solutions. The Tatar side confirmed its readiness to exchange experiences and participate in joint projects in the development of free economic zones and industrial parks. The parties discussed opportunities for developing experience exchange in production limitation based on industrial sites, implementing projects within free economic zones, and preparing engineering and technical personnel. Special attention was given to strengthening cultural and humanitarian ties with the assistance of the World Congress of Tatars. Following the meeting, the parties expressed their readiness to continue constructive dialogue and take joint steps to implement the identified initiatives.
