On September 5, 2025, a meeting took place at the National Investment Agency of the Kyrgyz Republic (hereinafter – NIA) with the Deputy Director of NIA Jalil Zheanaliev and the Director of the State-Private Partnership Center under NIA Nurbek Anarbekin and a delegation from the China Academy of Architectural Design and Research (China State Construction Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd.). The delegation was led by Mr. Cao Xianmin, the General Director of the Foreign Department, and representatives of the Alliance for the Development of Foreign Construction Sector.
During the meeting, the parties discussed opportunities for cooperation in construction and urban planning, including the implementation of social housing programs in Kyrgyzstan and the establishment of joint production capacities. Special attention was given to the issue of implementing an assembly plant with export potential as a public-private partnership project. This project aims to attract investments.
