On August 26, 2025, one of the most important international events of the year will take place in the city of Cholpon-Ata — the Kyrgyz-German Business Forum "Day of the German Economy in Kyrgyzstan" and the IV meeting of the Kyrgyz-German Business Council.
The event will be held at the "Rukh Ordo" cultural center and at the No. 2 state residence of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic. The forum is organized by the National Investment Agency under the President.
High-ranking representatives from both countries are expected to participate. The welcoming speech will be delivered by the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers – Head of the Presidential Administration Adylbek Kasymaliev and the Honorary Consul of the Kyrgyz Republic in Germany, Professor, Deputy Co-Chairman of the German-Kyrgyz Business Council Reinhard Kremmel.
The forum's program includes two thematic panel sessions:
"Projects in the energy sector for Kyrgyz-German economic cooperation" — opportunities for mutual cooperation in the field of "green" energy and infrastructure.
