A meeting of the Advisory Council on the protection of the rights of entrepreneurs and investors was held at the Prosecutor General's Office of the Kyrgyz Republic under the chairmanship of the First Deputy Prosecutor General B. Maatov.
Council members provided suggestions for the draft Action Plan aimed at improving business conditions and enhancing the country's investment attractiveness. Clear pathways for the implementation of all initiatives were presented, and the discussion was constructive and substantive.
Particular attention was paid to discussing the new law on investments in the Kyrgyz Republic. This law aims to improve the investment climate, stimulate national and foreign investments, strengthen guarantees for capital protection, and level the legal conditions.
