According to the provisions of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic on Investments, investors are given the opportunity to enter into direct individual investment agreements with the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
This norm applies to investors ready to invest no less than 10 million US dollars and having:
international business reputation, unique knowledge and experience in implementing successful investment projects.
Within the framework of the investment agreement, investors are provided with the following opportunities:
tax and customs benefits, preferences, visa support for key employees, assistance in selecting and registering land plots for project implementation.
