NOTICE on the development of a draft regulatory legal act

The National Investment Agency under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic hereby announces the start of discussions on legal regulation and the collection of proposals from interested parties for the development of the draft Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On the Reorganization of the Bishkek Free Economic Zone." Description of the problems that the proposed regulation aims to address (if possible, provide relevant quantitative and qualitative indicators): Currently, there is a need to exclude certain land plots from the territory of the Bishkek Free Economic Zone. These changes are aimed at clarifying the boundaries and redistributing land to ensure their effective use in the interests of the state. The goals of state regulation are – to establish new boundaries of the Bishkek Free Economic Zone to ensure their compliance with current state tasks; – to create conditions for the proper use of land plots in the interests of the state; – to ensure that regulatory legal acts meet current needs and legal realities.
