The PPP Center, together with the State Enterprise "National Company 'Kyrgyz Temir Zholu'", announces a search for investors for the construction of a guesthouse under the public-private partnership mechanism.
The main goal of constructing the guesthouse is to develop tourism potential, improve infrastructure, and provide the population with quality services for active recreation and leisure, including employees of the State Enterprise "National Company 'Kyrgyz Temir Zholu'".
The State Enterprise "National Company 'Kyrgyz Temir Zholu'" has designated a site for construction on the territory of the unfinished "Sanatorium-Prophylactic of the State Enterprise 'Kyrgyz Temir Zholu'", located on the shores of Lake Issyk-Kul in the village of Kosh-Kol, Issyk-Kul region. The total area is 9.55 hectares, of which 6.5 hectares are allocated for construction, and the park-beach area is 3.05 hectares.
