NOTICE on the development of a draft regulatory legal act of the Kyrgyz Republic

Hereby, the National Investment Agency under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic announces the beginning of discussions on legal regulation and the collection of proposals from interested parties for the development of the draft Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Venture Financing." 1. Description of the problems that the proposed regulation aims to address (if possible, provide relevant quantitative and qualitative indicators): The main regulatory legal act creating conditions for the introduction and development of venture investments is the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Investments in the Kyrgyz Republic," as well as other regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic. The current investment legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic does not generally regulate issues related to venture investments and financing. It also does not regulate the legal relations of venture financing entities. The interests of venture investors are not protected in the investment legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
