Today, August 14, 2023, a meeting took place between the Director of the National Investment Agency under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, U. T. Temiraliyev, and representatives of Alibaba Group Global Digital Business.
The parties discussed issues related to placing domestic exporters on the Alibaba B2B marketplace.
During the meeting, the Director of the NAIA informed about the areas of cooperation and priorities for the development of bilateral relations regarding investments from China to Kyrgyzstan, as well as shared information about the investment climate in our country as a whole, the benefits and preferences, and proposed to consider opportunities for investing in the construction of bonded warehouses in Kyrgyzstan.
In addition, U. Temiraliyev noted the existing export potential of the country, the producers of environmentally friendly products who successfully export to the Chinese market.
Representatives of Alibaba Group expressed their readiness to assist Kyrgyz exporters in entering the trading platform, as well as to conduct relevant training.
