Following the VII International Economic Forum "ISSYK-KUL 2023", more than 11 agreements were signed for a total of over 2 billion US dollars, including agreements on investment transactions in the agricultural sector, energy, tourism, and the establishment of technoparks in the territory of Asman. It is particularly noteworthy that an investment agreement was signed for the construction of the Kazarman Hydroelectric Cascade. The forum featured a welcoming speech by the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic - Head of the Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic Akylbek Japarov. The Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers urged forum participants to invest in Kyrgyzstan, as all conditions are being created by the state for business. Participants of the event also included a member of the Central Committee of the CPC, Secretary of the Party Committee of the CPC of Qinghai Province Chen Gan, and Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ali Akhmedov. The forum gathered more than 400 representatives of the business community of Kyrgyzstan.
