General information

Kyrgyzstan's IT sector is growing at over 30% annually, making it one of the most dynamic in Central Asia. The country operates a High Technology Park (HTP), whose residents are fully exempt from profit tax, sales tax and VAT.

Over 120 IT companies are registered as HTP residents, including outsourcing centres, fintech startups and AI companies. IT services exports exceed $100 million annually.

Bishkek is rapidly developing as a regional IT hub: high internet availability, English-speaking developers, competitive salaries ($800–2,500/month) and a growing startup ecosystem.
