On February 9, 2025, the Deputy Director of the National Investment Agency under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, D.J. Bikulov, conducted an on-site inspection of the gas block production plant in Hangzhou, People's Republic of China.
During the meeting, issues of further cooperation were discussed, including the possibility of constructing a similar plant in the Chui region.
As part of the Consultative Meeting between the Kyrgyz Republic and the business community of the People's Republic of China, which took place on February 5, 2025, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the company OsOO 'HUARUI', which is one of the founders of the aforementioned company, and the National Agency of the Kyrgyz Republic for the construction of a gas block production plant on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The company 'Boa Rui' has been operating in the market since 2010. Thanks to its innovative gas block production technologies, more than 50 buildings have already been constructed, including hotels, residential buildings, and shopping centers.
